Mr. Priya Raj Regmi, Chairman
Mr. Regmi is an experienced entrepreneur, capital market professional, and business leader with extensive experience in Nepal’s financial services, capital market, and private-sector businesses. He holds a postgraduate degree in Business from Tribhuvan University and is the Founder Chairman of Crystal Kanchanjungha Securities Pvt. Ltd., where he has been actively involved in providing strategic leadership and guiding the overall business development and growth of the
Company.
Mr. Regmi was elected as an Executive Committee Member from the Associate Category in 2026 and has subsequently been appointed Chairman of the Capital Market Committee of FNCCI. In this capacity, he contributes to policy discussions and private-sector initiatives related to the development and strengthening of Nepal’s capital market. Mr.Regmi has extensive experience in Nepal’s capital market and has served as the President of the Stock Brokers’ Association of Nepal (SBAN). During his tenure and subsequent professional engagement, he has been contributing to discussions and initiatives concerning the development, modernization, and strengthening of Nepal’s securities market.
As an entrepreneur and investor, Mr. Regmi has exposure to a diversified range of sectors, including banking and financial institutions, insurance, hydropower, hotels and tourism, investment companies, healthcare, manufacturing and agriculture sectors. Mr. Hari Bdr. Khadka, Managing Director
Mr. Khadka is an experienced business professional and entrepreneur with a strong background in business management and commercial operations. He holds a Master of Business Studies (MBS) degree from Tribhuvan University. He has been associated with Crystal Kanchanjungha Securities Pvt. Ltd. since its inception and has been actively involved in the Company’s overall management, operations, and business development.
In addition to his involvement in the securities business, Mr. Khadka has professional and entrepreneurial experience in the petroleum and automobile sectors, providing him with diversified exposure to business operations, management, and commercial activities. His experience across different industries has contributed to his understanding of business strategy, operational management, and market dynamics.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Khadka has participated in various training programs, seminars, workshops, and professional development activities, enabling him to enhance his knowledge and skills in business management and related fields. Prof. Dr. Shilu Manandhar Bajracharaya, Director
Prof. Dr. Shilu Manandhar Bajracharya is a distinguished management academic, researcher, and university administrator with over four decades of experience in higher education, research, and academic leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Tribhuvan University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuvan University, where she secured First Position with First Division.
She has served as a Professor at Shanker Dev Campus, Tribhuvan University, where she taught Financial Management and other management courses at the postgraduate level, supervised numerous MBA and MBS research projects, and led various academic and administrative programs. Throughout her career, she has organized and participated in numerous national and international training programs, workshops, seminars, and conferences. She has also presented research papers at international forums, including in Canada, Thailand, and Ghana, and has published several research papers while leading and contributing to a number of academic research projects.
Prof. Dr. Bajracharya has held key leadership positions at Nepal Open University (NOU), serving as Dean of the Faculty of Management and Law and later as Vice Chancellor, where she has played a significant role in strengthening academic quality, research, institutional governance, and the advancement of technology-enabled higher education in Nepal. Her extensive academic expertise, strategic vision, and leadership experience continue to contribute significantly to the governance and strategic direction of the Company.
Mr. Sital Koirala, Director
Mr. Koirala is young professional. He has done Masters Degree in Economics and Political Science from Tribhuvan University. He had served as Press Advisor of the Former Prime Minister Late Girija Pd. Koirala. He has 25 years experience in the field of Journalism specially economic aspect, serving with NTV, Himal Khabar Maagazine and Rastriya Samachar Samiti. He has served as a Director in NTV, sub editor in Bimarsha weekly. He has been appointed as an advisor more than 50 organization. Currently he is working in the field of journalism as a freelance media person.
